This heart chakra experince is designed to balance, give clarity of conscoiusness, and release any emotional wounds around the heart chakra. Class consists of slowly sequenced gentle yoga postures, a transformative meditation and ending with a sound healing concert. Students are led to one's own awareness through the use of senses and aids including rose oil, white sage, and quartz crystals. A custom light display emphasizing the color GREEN will complement the experince. Class is accompanied by live music.
Class is guided by Sarina, Tiffany, Shane and Paul.
After class hot tea will be served and an opportunity to purchase the quartz crystal you connect with for a small fee. Please bring cash.
Doors open at 6pm and class starts at 6:30pm.
